My Approach
I see change and healing as a journey of exploration and discovery. Wherever you want to start, whatever pace you want to take and wherever the journey leads you, I will be there beside you, listening, caring, and gently inviting you to develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. As we journey together, we will each bring invaluable knowledge, experience, and wisdom to the therapeutic relationship. Through this process, you will discover hidden strengths and new perspectives, deepening your connection to yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you.

Creating change in our lives and relationships can happen differently for each of us.
I will meet you where you are at to create individualized care using a person-centred, integrative approach to therapy. I draw on the latest evidence-based research and counselling theories, including Emotion Focused Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT and EFIT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Parts Work, the Living Legacy of Trauma, Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, somatic and strength-based approaches. This diversity of knowledge and experience means we can select interventions that will work best for you.
